1. Product Warranty

All tempered glass products include a manufacturer safety warranty covering spontaneous breakage caused by internal defects.

1.1 What Is Covered

  • Tempered glass safety failures

  • Hardware malfunction under normal use

  • LED lighting issues due to manufacturing defects

1.2 What Is Not Covered

  • Impact damage

  • Scratches after delivery or installation

  • Damage from improper cleaning products

  • Customer mishandling

  • Incorrect installation when not performed by our team

  • Warping or breakage due to improper wall structure

2. Installation Warranty

If installed by our professional team, you receive a 90-day installation warranty that covers:

  • Leveling adjustments

  • Hardware tightening

  • Alignment corrections

  • Mounting issues caused by our workmanship

Not covered under installation warranty

  • Damage from improper wall construction

  • Tiles or drywall damaged during drilling

  • Modifications made by third parties after installation

3. Warranty Claims
