1. Shipping & Delivery

1.1 Delivery Areas

We deliver to:

  • Miami-Dade County

  • Broward County

1.2 Delivery Process

  • All products are custom-made in Miami.

  • Delivery times vary by product (see product page).

  • You will receive a confirmation call/text 24–48 hours before delivery.

  • Large glass items require professional handling.

1.3 Pickup Option

Local pickup is available by appointment.

2. Returns & Refunds

2.1 Custom Products

Because most of our products are custom-made, all custom orders are final.
We do not accept returns or cancellations once fabrication begins.

This applies to:

  • Mirrors

  • Asymmetric mirrors

  • Custom-size shower doors

  • Glass railings

  • LED integrated mirrors

  • Any item customized to measurements

2.2 Standard Products

Standard-size products may be eligible for returns within 7 days, only if:

  • Item is unused

  • Item is in original condition

  • Customer covers return shipping

  • A restocking fee may apply

2.3 Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Report it within 24 hours

  • Provide photos of the damage

  • We will replace it at no cost if damage occurred during delivery

3. Order Changes / Cancellations

Changes can only be made before fabrication begins.
Once cutting or assembly starts, the order cannot be modified.
