1. Installation Availability

Professional installation is available in:

  • Miami-Dade County

  • Broward County

Appointments are scheduled after your product is completed.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Before installation, the customer must ensure:

  • Walls and mounting surfaces are structurally suitable

  • The area is cleared and accessible

  • Parking and building access are provided if required

  • Pets and children are kept away from the workspace

3. What Installation Includes

  • Wall assessment

  • Leveling and positioning

  • Professional mounting with approved hardware

  • Cleaning the glass after installation

  • Final inspection with the customer

4. Missed Appointments

Missing an installation appointment without notice may incur a rescheduling fee.

5. Safety Notice

Glass products are heavy and fragile. Customers must remain at a safe distance during installation.

6. Installation Warranty

All installations performed by our team include a 90-day workmanship warranty.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing wall defects

  • Hidden plumbing or electrical lines

  • Structural issues

  • Damage caused by third-party installers
