These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through Glass and Mirror Designs (“we”, “our”, “the Company”) including products, custom orders, delivery, and installation services. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms.

All items are custom-crafted using premium materials and may vary slightly in appearance due to manual fabrication processes.

2. Orders & Payments

2.1 Custom Orders

Most of our products—including asymmetric mirrors, shower doors, glass railings, and custom glass panels—are made to order.
Once fabrication begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

2.2 Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at checkout for standard-size items.

  • Custom-size items may require confirmation before fabrication begins.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal (depending on configuration).

  • Prices may change without notice.

3. Production Time

Production time varies depending on the product:

  • Mirrors: 5–10 business days

  • Shower Doors: 7–12 business days

  • Glass Railings: 7–15 business days

These timelines may vary during peak periods or due to material availability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Delivery Areas

We deliver to Miami-Dade and Broward County.
Additional areas may be available upon request.

4.2 Delivery Conditions

  • Large glass items require special handling.

  • A responsible adult must be present during delivery.

  • Delivery time windows will be confirmed 24–48 hours prior.

4.3 Damage During Delivery

If your item arrives damaged:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours with photos.

  • We will replace the item at no cost if damage occurred during delivery.

5. Installation Services

Installation is available for most products.

5.1 Installation Requirements

The customer is responsible for ensuring:

  • Walls or mounting surfaces are structurally adequate.

  • Access to the installation site is clear.

  • Parking or building access is arranged if needed.

5.2 Installation Appointment

Installation will be scheduled within 1–3 days after product completion.
Missed appointments may incur a rescheduling fee.

5.3 Installation Warranty

Professional installation includes a 90-day workmanship warranty, covering adjustments and hardware tightening.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Custom Products

Because nearly all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds once fabrication has started.

6.2 Standard-Size Items

Standard items may qualify for returns within 7 days, only if:

  • Item is unused

  • Item is in original condition

  • Customer covers return shipping and restocking fees

6.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom mirrors

  • Shower doors cut to size

  • Glass railings

  • LED integrated mirrors

  • Any item requiring fabrication to specific measurements

7. Measurement Responsibility

Accurate measurements are essential for proper fit.

  • If the customer provides incorrect measurements, we are not responsible for remakes or adjustments.

  • If measurements are taken by our installation team, we guarantee proper fit.

8. Product Variations

Glass products may have minor variations, including:

  • Edge polishing differences

  • Slight color variances in low-iron vs. regular glass

  • Minimal size tolerances during cutting (“industry standard”)

These do not qualify as defects.

9. Warranty

9.1 Product Warranty

All tempered glass products are covered by a manufacturer safety warranty against spontaneous breakage due to internal defects.

9.2 Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Impact damage

  • Scratches after installation

  • Improper cleaning

  • Customer mishandling

10. Liability

Glass and Mirror Designs is not liable for:

  • Damages resulting from improper installation not performed by our team

  • Delays due to suppliers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Items installed on improper or unstable surfaces

11. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information strictly for:

  • Order processing

  • Customer communication

  • Delivery & installation scheduling

We do not sell or share customer information with third parties.
